My husband is a huge cyclist and for the longest time he’s tried to get me into somewhat competitive cycling, meaning wearing the funny shoes that tie you to the bike, the funny shorts that make you feel like you’re wearing a diaper and the whole thing. I personally am really competitive but I don’t think I’m cut out for the whole riding culture. I do however, enjoy the leisurely ride here and there.

Lately I got the urge to commute to work, I’m lucky enough that I work 6 km from home so commuting there wouldn’t be a big deal. So, I told my husband this idea of mine and he was of course ecstatic. We went downtown Toronto bike shopping for a stylish commuter bike. At first I was really interested in the Bobbin bike called Birdie, super cute and stylish. However, we noticed the Linus Dutchi 3 and really really liked it. So I bought it!
