I take two custom requests a month, this means that each request takes about two weeks to complete from the time of purchase. Needle felted creations are the only ones that I’m able to customize. Depending on how complex the requests are I may take on a third request for that month. I will post if a spot opens up!

The two week lead time does not include shipping time. If your item takes 2 weeks to customize assume it will take longer for you to receive depending on your location.

Payment in full is required at the time your request is accepted and we have agreed on the specifications (approximately a week before your project is due to start). Your custom request will not be started without the full payment.
