Does anyone help you?
No, everything is made by me. I occasionally out source the crochet accessories but everything else is felted, sewing and put together by me. -
What is needle felting?
Needle felting is a labour intensive process that consists of interlocking wool fibres by stabbing them with a barbed needle. It is similar to sculpting in that you can create any shape you want. You can be as detailed as you need to be by changing the size of the needle.

How long will it take to make my order?
Most things are made to order, it takes about 2-5 business days to make. If you have more than one item please allow more time. Custom orders vary depending on the complexity, an estimate will be given at the time of purchase. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most things are made to order & everything is shipped standard unless otherwise specified. It generally takes 2 weeks depending (for USA orders) once it ships. It does not include a tracking number, if you would like one please ask to upgrade the shipping. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delay by customs or for mismatched addresses on Paypal. Items will ship to the address specified in Paypal unless otherwise CLEARLY indicated at time of purchase. In the event that something takes longer I will open an investigation with Canada Post and refund the money 75 days from the time it was shipped to confirm that it was in fact lost. -
What is the return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with what you receive ship it back and I will refund your money (less shipping costs) no questions asked.
